Process and contract

From Intent to Ownership: Understanding Our Investment Process

The minimum investment required is $10,000, which is the price for a plot. An investor has the option to buy more than one plot. The period of investment is 12 months.

PROCESS & CONTRACT

The investor should contact us, expressing his desire to buy, after which the documents mentioned in paragraph “Pre-purshase documentation for investors” will be sent. In case of confirmation of his/her desire to buy, he/she has to indicate plot quantities, providing personal and/or business details. After which an invoice will be sent to him/her. Once the payment of the plot(s) has been made, a sales contract will be signed, in addition to the guarantee.
